You agree to indemnify and hold Clause24 harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

12. Governing Law
